So to get your account statement through internet banking, you will first visit the first city monument bank internet banking through through this page, and login with your username and password.
You’ll be presented with a question, you’ve to answer the question correctly else you’ll still go back. Next is to click on Account Information Option from the Menu on your screen, select Account Number and also select the Start Date and End date. For example you want to check your fcmb statement of account from January 2019 to December 2019, you scroll to year and select it, and then the month and also select the month.

2. Through FCMB New Mobile Banking App
Another way to get your fcmb statement of account is through the bank mobile app called New Mobile. This will also require that you have to register before using it, but you don’t have to go to the bank in order to register. You will do that in your house or work place as long as you have internet connection and your registered email address and phone number are working.
Open the new mobile app on your smartphone, tap on the Purple dashboard that has your account name and number, select ‘Statement’ below and scroll down. Select ‘Filters’ then ‘Filter by date’ and Select the period required, select ‘Apply’. Then tap ‘Send statement via email’ button and finally select the period required and tap ‘Download Statement’.
When you tap on download statement button, it will immediately download the file which is in a pdf format.
3. Check Fcmb account statement through USSD Code
The third method to get your fcmb statement of account is by dialing the bank *329# code. Some people usually thinks that this code is for money transfer, No, but rather it is f mobile bank as it has lots of features other than money transfer.
To request for your account statement through the ussd code, dial *329# on registered phone number with first city monument bank. Select option 7 which is Statement, select Full statement or fcmb mini statement. On the next screen, select Number of months that you needed and enter your four-digit Pin.
Please the four digit number isn’t that of your atm pin but rather the *329# pin number for transaction. Your account statement will be sent to your registered email and you’re good to go.
However, if a company that you’re working for requested your bank account statement, it is required that the statement of account you will present to them, must be stamped. This is to show authenticity of the file (account statement) you’re giving to them.
To get it stamped, you will have to go to the bank and have it stamped. That is if you downloaded and printed out your account statement, you can go to the bank to have it stamped. Or you should forget about these procedures above, go to any fcmb bank around you and request for your statement of account, the hard copy.
Before the bank will present it to you, they will have to stamp it first before issuing the file to you. This will cost you a token amount of money like N200 or maybe N100.
